Stoop is a private, non-commercial tool for one family group’s apartment search. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
Only people invited by the group admin. Keep your account to yourself; the admin can remove access at any time.
Your emails to agents
Stoop drafts messages, but nothing is sent without you confirming it, and messages go out from your own Gmail account. You are responsible for what you send.
Listings and scores
Listings come from public sites (StreetEasy and Zillow) and may be out of date or wrong. Match scores, commute times and other details are estimates, partly generated by AI. Always check details with the agent or landlord before making decisions or paying anything.
No warranty
Stoop is provided as is, without any warranty, and may change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, the people running Stoop are not liable for losses arising from its use.
